5 Stars Pricey but cutting edge
These damn things are PRICEY, but totally worth it. Essentially they will fit 22.5 GB per disc which, for me, is HUGE. Premium prices for cutting edge technology. I’ve bought several packs of them and the quality of the discs has been consistently top-shelf.

I have always been fond of Memorex blank media. From the early days of blank CDs to DVDs and now Blu Ray, Memorex has come a long way to create exceptional quality optical media.
I purchased this spindle few days back and have so far burned all the 15 discs with no coasters! The media ia rated at 4x and works flawlessly with my burner. Even the build quality of the media is too good, I haven’t seen such a smooth surface on the circumference of any other media (hold the disc from its edges and you’ll notice what I am saying). I highly recommend this to anyone looking for cheap and high quality blu ray discs.
1 Stars Not recognized by my new Pioneer BD rewriter
i just bought a brand new Pioneer BD rewriter. it does not recognize these discs as blu ray discs and i can’t write on them. my pioneer drive can do everything else without problems. i double checked and my drive is supposed to be able to write on blu ray discs.

Bought these along with the DVD burner and then saw them at Frys for less than half of what I paid for them. BIG RIP OFF!!!

blu ray discs are still expensive, but buying these in bulk (if you can call 15 discs bulk) brings the price down to about $5/disk. I’ve used 5 of the discs so far and had absolutely no problem. when I run out, I’ll order another batch.
