1 Stars Cable worked for about 7 days.
I bought this cable because the price was right, but I guess I got what I paid for. The cable worked perfectly for about a week then all of the sudden I started getting messages on my TV that only the audio signal was received and then rapidly switched to no signal. I feared there was something wrong with my TV or the unit (xbox360) I had connected to the TV. I went out and purchased a new HDMI cable from GameStop and that resolved the issue.
Perhaps I just received a faulty cable.

I installed the MediaBridge cable to use for my Sony soundbar system, and it is working well and was a high-quality cable. The best way to determine quality is to observe how the Mediabridge cable holds up long-term, but, so far so good.
5 Stars Great to have even if you are just shopping for an HDTV
HDMI cables are one of the biggest customer rip-offs and scams going around. The scam is the brick and mortar stores know you want to watch your great new purchase NOW! So they stock insanely expensive HDMI cables hoping people will go oh well I just spent $1,300 on a TV..you know two $80 cables is not so bad.
I recently bought an HDTV and had to get cables. My previous HDTV had a DVI input not HDMI so I had an HDMI to DVI cable but no HDMI to HDMI cables. I bought it on a Saturday and we had friends visiting from out of state and I knew I was going to get them from Amazon but yeah I wanted to watch the TV over the next few days as my order got here.
Luckily I knew about the HDMI cable ’scam’ so I was prepared. But WOW. I went to all the major brick and mortar stores and the cables were between $60 and $200. Seriously nothing less than $60. Luckily my local supermarket had $5 cables.
Anyhow I bought these because I wanted something rated 1.3b. Note that ones rated 1.3a might be just as good, but for the price I did not want to take a chance. So far so great. I think the picture looks slightly crisper with better color than the other cables and it is good to have peace of mind knowing they have a high data transfer rate. They also had very secure connections and they seem well made to last a long time.
My advice is to buy these. And buy them even if you do not have an HDTV yet. Why? I have never had a problem returning something to Amazon and these are fulfilled by Amazon. If you think you might buy an HDTV then get these, have them around, and then no worries about the HDMI ’scam’. If you buy a TV somewhere other than Amazon you have them. If you don’t, return them. Either way do NOT fall for the brick and mortar store HDMI cable scam. An HDMI cable either works or it doesn’t. No difference at all between these and the $80 cable you’d find out and about. Except, these in all likelyhood are better made.

All 3 HDMI cables work properly. Great connection - Blue-Ray player and Dish Network receiver connected to a AV receiver. Everything worked right from the beginning. These cables are a great value. There’s no need to pay through the nose for those high priced cables, mine work just as well.
